Meet the Team

No business in the world or agency is any greater than the people who devote their talents to it. It doesn’t matter how many new Macs you have, or how flashy your office décor is, great work doesn’t produce itself.

Say hello to the heart and soul of Worldspan Creative.

The word in the 'hood is that Joanna was once famed for her smooth RnB moves. Nowadays she saves her sun-kissed game face for even more serious business: helping to bring our new clients on board. Based in trendy Manchester, contact Joanna to find out more about working with Worldspan Creative.

Sophie Morris
Sophie Morris

Managing Director

Gifted napper, talker and Friday Fizz drinker, Sophie is passionate about all things Wales (particular the Rugby), travel, the environment, and her team here at Worldspan. Her mantra is ‘don’t follow the crowd, let the crowd follow you’!

Ian Davies
Ian Davies

Head of Creative

With more strings to his bow than that elf bloke from the Hobbit and years of experience that belie his youthful good looks, 'Big E' is the man that keeps our creative show on the road; cracking the briefs, wowing the clients, coaxing diva designers and always insisting that there's only one Man United.

Nicole Pridmore
Nicole Pridmore

Project Manager

It doesn’t matter what Nicole is planning – her beloved garden, her next holiday, or which craft beer taproom to visit next – you can be sure it’s meticulously organised; which is what makes her the ideal person to liaise with our clients and creative teams as Project Manager.

Rosie-May Maddison
Rosie-May Maddison

Project Assistant

Sushi-fuelled Rosie oversees our quality control process; whether it's proofing, time management, ISO or sourcing merchandise, she's always kicking our projects into shape. Whilst she makes a cracking hot beverage, it's her super-positivity that we really love her for.

James Merrils
James Merrils

Senior Designer

Our Maestro of the Mac, our Duke of Adobe, our Paragon of Print… you get the idea. James is a design maven with experience that stretches back to those pre-digital days, so he knows his art and craft inside out, as well as his tech stuff.

Jeff Gill
Jeff Gill

Senior Creative

Having already demonstrated exquisite good taste by wedding a Welsh woman, American Jeff boosted his industry cred when he left behind a life in radio and film to pursue his other great passions: illustration and graphics. With twenty years experience, he's the Worldspan point man for creative imagery that engages, informs and inspires.

Daniel Townsend
Daniel Townsend

Digital Lead

Swift Java Python. This isn’t actually Dan’s alias – or a new creature he created using his 3D printer – it’s a list of his favourite computer languages. Dan is our digital dynamo, and when he’s not powering  his way through client projects he’s electrifying all-comers with his epic games collection.

Richard Jackson
Richard Jackson

Software Architect

Richard glories in many titles, including software engineer, computer programmer, server administrator, and the most matrix-y of all: data architect. Basically, if he closes his eyes and reaches out with his mind, he can bend the technoshpere to his will.

Emyr Thomas
Emyr Thomas

Full Stack Developer

Emyr specialises in tracking bugs down - the code kind that is, not mutant creep crawlies - to ensure that everything we program works a treat. He's a bit of a pioneer too, having created some of the first ever Welsh software in his team; but he's tempted to give it all up for a career as a downhill ski racer...maybe!

Jemma Hardwick
Jemma Hardwick

Front End Developer

Front-end web developing can be a tricky business, but our UX designer Jemma never puts a foot wrong. Fuelled by cats, Ferrero Rocher and (outside of office hours) cocktails, her stylish approach ensures that every site we build is a hit with users.
